Feiyue Originals Spain does not charge shipping costs for the sale of its products in Europe, so the customer will be exempt from any type of payment for transport services. Returns are accepted (maximum 15 days) and shipping is free for the buyer, as long as the product does not match in size and / or model with the requested. For other types of changes or returns, they must be paid 5 euros per shipment for transportation costs.

Cancellation of orders

Feiyue Originals Spain may accept the cancellation of an order as long as its status is in "On hold", without any charge to the customer. When the client receives an email with the order status change to "Processing", the cancellation can no longer be processed, it will be treated as a return.

Refunds

In case of returns, refunds will be processed through the same means used for payment. The refund of the order will be made once it is received back in our warehouse.

Claims

Claims will not be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase.
